The Park Slope Chamber of Commerce works for the improvement, welfare, and benefit of the geographic area known as Park Slope, particularly furthering the recommendations and interest expressed by members. Fundamental to the values of the Chamber is the belief that a sustainable neighborhood for everyone is grounded in strong and healthy local businesses. To this end, the Chamber actively promotes local businesses, encourages mutual support and problem solving, and networks with other community organizations in an ongoing initiative to increase public awareness of the importance of strong local businesses to a healthy community.
